6+ applications from a single block: turning blocks, tackles, quick rigs. Fewer SKUs to stock, less weight aboard.

Scale single to double to triple with the Conversion Kit, same body, same sheave, same quality. Buy once, expand when you need.

Two aluminium shells, one self-lubricating sheave, no metal bearings to seize or corrode at sea.

Buy one, expand when you need it. Pair two or three identical Olli Flex into double and triple configurations with the same body, the same sheave and the same quality. Just add the Conversion Kit. You reconfigure the block, not the boat.

Add one Conversion Kit to build any one of the configurations below: single or double on deck, double or triple hanging. On its own, the block just hangs from its stainless shackle.
With one Conversion Kit you can build

1× Olli™ flex 1800 L Ø60 + 1× Conversion Kit L
One block bolted flat to the deck.

2× Olli™ flex 1800 L Ø60 + 1× Conversion Kit L
Two blocks bolted flat to the deck.

2× Olli™ flex 1800 L Ø60 + 1× Conversion Kit L
A 2:1 purchase hanging from the shackle.

3× Olli™ flex 1800 L Ø60 + 1× Conversion Kit L
A 3:1 purchase hanging from the shackle.
Without the kit — the block on its own

1× Olli™ flex 1800 L Ø60
Works on its own, hanging from its stainless shackle.

1× Olli™ flex 1800 L Ø60
Open the cheek onto a line already under load.
Everything ships in one kit. Assembly needs a few common hand tools (listed below, not included). One kit per size and load class.

One Conversion Kit per size and load class. Blocks sold separately.
The Olli Flex 60 ST is a modular, multi-function block: one block that replaces a whole drawer of fittings. Reconfigure it from single to double to triple with the Conversion Kit, turning blocks, tackles, quick rigs, all from the same body.
Use it hanging from a stainless shackle, mounted flat on deck, or combined with identical blocks. A POM sheave and 8 mm shackle for larger 14 mm line with room to spare. Fewer parts than a conventional block, with a self-lubricating sheave and no metal bearings to seize or corrode at sea.
Choose your version
Same body, same fit, same line diameter. What changes is the sheave and how much load the block is rated for.
You rig sheets, control lines and everyday running rigging on a cruising boat, and want the lightest, lowest-friction option.
You load the block hard, on racing, primary sheets, halyards or heavily loaded purchases, and you need maximum strength in the same footprint.
Both versions share the same sheave diameter, max line diameter and mounting, so you can mix them in the same modular setup.

Yes. A single Olli Flex covers turning blocks, tackles, quick rigs and temporary installs, 6+ applications. It replaces a drawer of single-purpose fittings.
Add the matching Conversion Kit (sold separately, one per size and load class). It mounts on deck and joins identical Olli Flex blocks into double and triple configurations with a few common hand tools.
HL versions use a 6061-T6 aluminium sheave instead of POM and a larger shackle, raising the working load on the same line diameter (e.g. 900 to 1,700 kg on Ø50).
Ø50 (M) takes up to 12 mm line, Ø60 (L) up to 14 mm. Match the size to your line and the working load to your application.
Very little. The self-lubricating sheave runs without metal bearings, so there is nothing to seize or corrode, just rinse with fresh water after use.
The interlocking aluminium bodies rotate against each other, so you can open the block onto a line already under load, handy, but the real advantage is reconfiguring one block into many setups.
