Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and will be clearly displayed on the shopping cart page during checkout.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide with our trusted couriers UPS and FedEx and, on selected destinations, our postal partner Spring. All orders are shipped directly from Italy.

Shipping to the United States (DAP)

All shipments to the United States are sent under Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place). US import duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs, are determined by US Customs and are charged to the customer by the carrier at or before delivery.

After you place an order with a US shipping address, we will contact you by email and WhatsApp to confirm that you accept these import charges. Your order is shipped only after your confirmation. If you do not confirm, or you tell us you do not accept the charges, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.

Important: once you have confirmed and the goods have been shipped, if the shipment is refused, abandoned or not cleared through US customs, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.

Shipping to the United Kingdom (delivered duty paid)

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped delivered duty paid with our postal partner Spring: import VAT and any customs duties are handled and paid by us at import, so the carrier charges you nothing further on delivery.

Delivery Times

Items in stock. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Items available to order. Some products are marked “Available to order” on the product page and are not held in our warehouse. For these items the product page shows a lead time: we order the item from the manufacturer after your purchase, receive and inspect it at our facility, and then ship it to you. The delivery times above start when the item leaves our warehouse, not when you place the order.

If an order contains both in-stock and available-to-order items, we may ship the in-stock items first and the remaining items as soon as they reach us, at no extra shipping cost to you.

Lead times are estimates based on the manufacturer’s dispatch schedule and may vary. If an item is delayed beyond the stated lead time we will contact you with an updated date, and you may cancel the order for a full refund at any point before it ships.

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
