Which material to choose
On a boat, sun, salt and water make the difference. This is how we use them.
Resists water and impacts. Good below deck and in the cockpit, less suited to full sun all year.
The deck material: keeps colour and shape in sun and salt spray. Our choice for outdoor parts.
Rubbery and flexible: bumpers, fenders, caps, seals and grips.
PETG filled with carbon fibre: stiffer and lighter, matte finish. Brackets and mounts.
Nylon with carbon fibre: the strongest and most heat-stable. Parts under stress and near the engine.

FAQ
Is the price I see final?
It's calculated on your file with the same settings we print with. We check it before printing: if anything changes, we tell you and you decide.
How big can you print?
In one piece 34 × 32 × 34 cm. Beyond that we split it into interlocking parts and bond them.
Is a printed part as strong as the original?
It depends on the part. Outdoors we use ASA or carbon nylon with thick walls and high infill. For safety-critical or structural parts we'll tell you honestly if 3D printing isn't the right choice.
I have no file and the part is broken in pieces: can you do it?
Yes. With photos, measurements and, if possible, the broken part shipped to us, we redesign it from scratch.
Can I order several identical parts?
Yes, and the price per part drops: from the 2nd piece the quantity discount applies, up to 20%.
Does my file stay private?
Yes. The file goes into a private archive and is used only for your order.
