Description
The vacuum valve is a safety system that prevents water from entering the engine, avoiding even serious damage. The maximum ambient temperature must not exceed 60°C. The valve opens at a pressure equivalent to 30-50 mm of water column. The materials used are resistant to seawater, freshwater and glycol compounds in appropriate concentrations. Avoid contact of the valve with oil and grease; if this occurs, clean or replace it.
