Description
Elastic Fiberglass-Metal thermal insulating tape resistant to very high temperatures. It consists of Fiberglass fabric bonded to an Aluminum foil, which makes it more flexible. With elastic properties, it can be easily applied even to exhaust bends. Normally 2/3 layers are sufficient for most Diesel exhaust applications. Maximum operating temperature: 600 C°. Optionally, an outer protective layer of high-temperature resistant Self-Amalgamating Elastomer Tape can be added to create a homogeneous surface.
