easysea +care

easysea +care extends the standard 4-year warranty of your easysea product by 2 more years: 6 years of total coverage against manufacturing defects. Digital service: no shipping, certificate by email, linked to your order number. Each +care covers one specific product.

What it covers

The same manufacturing defects covered by the standard easysea warranty, from year 4 to year 6 after delivery. It does not cover normal wear, impacts, corrosion from lack of maintenance, misuse or modifications.

How it activates

Automatically at purchase: coverage is linked to your order number and to the product stated in the “Covers” line. You will receive the certificate by email.

Price bands

S — €9 (products up to €50) · M — €19 (€50–150) · L — €39 (over €150).The +care must match the covered product’s price band; 1 +care covers 1 unit.

Making a claim

Contact us via /pages/contact-us with your order number and photos of the defect: we verify coverage and arrange repair or replacement.

Returns & refunds

If you return the covered product within 30 days, +care is fully refunded. +care is not transferable to a different product.
