I did not end up using the item, and I have now been waiting for more than a month for someone to contact me regarding the refund.
Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been very poor. Despite my requests, I have received no meaningful follow-up, and the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing.
I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund and a prompt resolution of this matter.

Dear Jordi, from the very first message we received, your return request was handled professionally and followed up by our Customer Care team, just like every other case we manage.
Unfortunately, the longer timing was caused by the courier collection process, which is outside our direct control. Your Way2 was received at our warehouse on August 5. Due to the high volume of work handled by our warehouse, we allow 5–7 business days for incoming parcels to be processed and refunds to be issued.
So your refund will be processed within our standard timeframe.
At no point was your request left unanswered for a month, and we’re sorry if the overall return process created that impression.
Très satisfait du Easysea Way2 après plusieurs utilisations à bord. Le concept est vraiment bien pensé : la passerelle prend très peu de place une fois rangée tout en restant suffisamment rigide et stable à l’usage. Sur un catamaran où l’espace compte, c’est clairement un avantage par rapport à une passerelle classique.
Le produit inspire confiance, les finitions sont sérieuses et le côté polyvalent est appréciable au quotidien au mouillage pour bricoler et avoir accès à la coque … mieux qu’avec le dinghy.
Je tiens aussi à souligner la qualité du suivi client. Nous avons eu un souci de taxes à la réception du colis et l’équipe Easysea a été très réactive pour trouver une solution. Communication efficace et prise en charge professionnelle du début à la fin.
Very solid and well made. Collapses down to a package that can easily be carried in a small rucksack. Without the manual pump there is plenty of spare space in the pack that comes with the Way2. Robust, light. Easy to use
Great product yet so portable and takes up little space when not in use.
The product seems to be working very well so far as a gangway. We're yet to use it in the water.
My only concern was the time taken to deliver. It took 5 months but I guess that's in the past now.

Works amazingly well! Super easy to put together, very strong, and after only 2 days in a marina we’ve already had compliments on it!! Well done EasySea!
It seems pretty good. I didn’t fall into the water when I tried to use it. There are some minor visual defects but nothing that impacts function. Some documentation would be nice. There was an elastomer washer with the pump that doesn’t seem to fit anywhere. The diameter is marginally too big for the air connections and it’s too thick to go there anywhere. Maybe it’s a spare internal component? There is also a mysterious port on the pump. But it inflated ok and seems to work. The carry bag is a generous size and it was easy to pack up
